How nice would it be if you were able to lose belly fat without doing hours and hours of sit ups and crunches. By doing that you are enabling your body to burn more which will allow you to eat the “bad” foods that normally you could not.
The second thing you will learn is WHEN to eat certain foods. By learning this you will be able to continue to eating all the foods you love. The time that you eat is far more important than what you eat. By learning when to eat will allow you to eat all the “bad” foods that normally you could not. Any time you are able to eat all the foods you love and still lose body fat; will only make it that much easier to stay on a diet. By learning this alone, you will not only lose weight but keep it off for good.
