If you want to enjoy superior health like I do think about eating more raw foods. What are raw foods? Raw foods include fruits, vegetable, nuts and seeds. A raw food diet is the best diet on the planet, but even adding a few will make a difference.

I sleep five hours a night, I’m never fatigued, and I have no digestive or intestinal disorders of any kind and feel great. No heart disease, no diabetes, no obesity. Never sick! Eating more raw foods will help you lose weight naturally and fast if you eat a lot of them. Dramatic weight losses occur.
A raw food diet or eating more raw foods isn’t boring.
